Flag to rerun Test262 only on new results #151

It would be nice if there was a flag which would take the last runs new results (new passes, compile errors, failures, etc.) and only run on those tests.
This wouldn't negate the need for the normal one of course, but for repeated adjustments or other highly focused changes, it would speed up the development process significantly
