Generate file manifest from Transfer API #38

On May 30, 2024, Globus released an update with:

Transfer

File sizes are now retrieved in the list of successfully transferred files.

Checksums (when calculated) are now retrieved in the list of successfully transferred files.

This is document in the Transfer API under Get task successful transfers.

Based on this, we should be able to generate the file manifest as part of transferring dataset files.
