ESP32-S3 with the Ver. 2.5.43 - library on ESP frame board Ver. 3.0.4. Using ILI9488 causing Bootloop

Using ESP32-S3 with Ver. 2.5.43 library and ESP Frame board Ver. 3.0.4 results in a Bootloop for ILI9488.
