Your dockerhub link points to a page requiring login.
Should be https://hub.docker.com/r/bgameiro/arch-jupyterlab not https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/bgameiro/arch-jupyterlab

Also how come packages are not being installed when added to the packages field?
