Describe the current behavior
The behaviour is not fully understood. It seems that there is a restriction when creating additional users regarding the password.

Describe the improvement
It would be helpful that this behaviour is documented. In addition to that the question should be answered if there are additional cases where a password would result in a user not being added to the database.

Additional context
An error message was reviewed when creating a user which had a semicolon as part of the password (The is no risk in sharing the details the password was change before posting this issue):

failed to create user: problem found with password: potentially dangerous character sequence found: ';' at pos: 0
