Configure diagnostics settings for Api managment API resource

Describe the current behavior
I might have not looked good enough, but I can't find any way to configure the diagnostics settings in the Api resources for ApiManagement.

Describe the improvement
Make it possible to define the diagnostics settings in a ithub.com/Azure/azure-service-operator/v2/api/apimanagement/v1api20220801/Api resource

Additional context
We currently are looking at migrating our management of apis to ASO, but are currently using this settings. If this is already possible I would love a nudge in the right direction :)

It appears that Diagnostic is a subresource that ASO doesn't yet support - I found the ARM Template.

This should be as simple as adding it to our configuration and running the code generator. I'll tag it for consideration in our v2.11 release but can't promise it will make the cut: that release is already overfull and needs to be stripped down.
