Help to remove/disable "default" flavor #327

Hello,

We are using different flavor to separate environments: "MyAppDev", "MyAppPreprod", "MyAppProd".

I would like to know if you can add an option to disable "default" flavor and use another one by default, example, using "MyAppProd" by default.

Quick and Dirty is delete/rename it from the DB.
