Can you implement the feature of clicking social icons and opening a default post draft for the recipe to post?

i will add social media icon on post
as you click on share icon it will render you to the social media
and replace the title and content with real title of our blog dynamically
and also provide the link of our blog post
User can share the blog post efficiently
