Howdy fellow 8bit+python enthusiasts.

I'm Cam, and I just started playing around with some vintage computer components last year.

Currently, I'm working on a modular hd6309 computer to see if I can write my own operating system.

My experience is very beginner, and my python skills are still developing.

This is a very well put together collection of code. I have a couple of questions and a couple of suggestions. I haven't committed a lot of time digging into the code, so forgive me if the answers are obvious to one who knows the codebase more than I.

1. What is the purpose of the cpu web interface?

I imagine you can send it the address and data bits via a post request and receive the output addr/data bits via a get. Interested to hear how it works and what kind of data it accepts / spits out.

2. Is there a built-in mechanism to have it read in an assembled binary file (such as a boot rom), where the size and reset vector are inferred from the contents of the file?

I imagine something like that might only require 2 arguments; the file path and the memory location that the file should start at.
Everything else can either be calculated or inferred from the calculation itself. It would test the args for validity, then either add the corresponding set of values to the configuration or return a validation error to the user.

3. If they don't already have an interface, adding some hardware features like the RES, MRDY, R/W, E, IRQ, FIRQ, and NMI pins would be helpful for those users attempting to emulate an entire system.
