Having as clear, simple, and short of instructions as possible is ideal as well as brief descriptions of what each part does and why it is required. We need instructions/links to install Eclipse/Any other IDE, Java, Labview, NI Tool Suite, etc. Preferably specifying what is required and what is nice to have. (Ex having java is nice to have for using some of the tools from the WPIlib but not required.)
